About Us

Normatic Assembly Tools is a Victorian privately owned company and was incorporated in 1981. The Company was founded in 1980 (then known as Normatic Compressors Pty Ltd) by John Battiston. John’s background is largely in the compressed air industry having worked for two major compressed air companies including ten years with Atlas Copco Australia. The positions held were Victorian Supply Manager, Victorian Hire Manager and Victorian Sales Engineer.

Our sales and service personnel also have a wide knowledge of our product range and are continually undergoing training to keep up with new technology.

Normatic Assembly Tools has been a distributor for Atlas Copco Australia since 1980 and was appointed Victorian Master Distributor for Atlas Copco Tools Australia Pty Ltd in 1990. In 2002 Normatic Assembly Tools was appointed Service and Repair centre for Atlas Copco Tools in Victoria.

Normatic Assembly Tools’ core business encompasses sales, service, repair and calibration of pneumatic and DC electric tools. We also pride ourselves in our dedication to assist clientele as well as our ability to assist in problem solving i.e. aiding in the selection of specific tooling etc. If we are unable to assist we are more than happy to point you in the right direction.
